Codentrix Consulting Pty Ltd is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Engineering Technologist for a full-time position based in Bowral, NSW.
The successful applicant will apply engineering principles and technological expertise to analyse, test, implement and improve engineering technologies, systems and technical processes.
Key duties include:
- Analysing existing engineering technologies and recommending improvements.
- Testing and evaluating engineering technologies and systems and documenting technical findings.
- Assisting with the development, modification and implementation of engineering and technology-based solutions.
- Preparing technical specifications, reports, drawings and engineering documentation.
- Investigating technical issues and undertaking troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Recommending modifications to improve system performance, reliability and efficiency.
- Assisting with installation, testing, commissioning and implementation activities.
- Reviewing technical data, specifications and project requirements.
- Working with engineers, technical specialists, project teams, suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Monitoring technical project activities against specifications, quality requirements and project objectives.
- Participating in technical risk assessments and quality assurance processes.
Requirements:
- Relevant bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Engineering, Engineering Technology or a closely related discipline.
- Relevant professional experience in an Engineering Technologist or comparable engineering/technical position.
- Strong engineering analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with testing and evaluation of engineering systems or technologies.
- Ability to interpret engineering specifications and technical documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prepare professional technical documentation and reports.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Salary: $95,000 per annum + superannuation
