About the Role:
This is a true floor and bar all-rounder position. You will be involved in both front-of-house service and bar operations, including:
- Providing friendly and attentive service to guests on the floor
- Taking food and beverage orders
- Running food and clearing tables
- Setting up and maintaining the dining area
- Preparing, making and serving drinks at the bar
- Pouring and serving beer, wine and spirits
- Preparing cocktails and other beverages
- Maintaining bar cleanliness, presentation and stock levels
- Restocking the bar and assisting with stock control
- Operating the POS and handling payments
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Working closely with the kitchen and management team
- Helping wherever required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Current RSA is essential.
WA Approved Manager Card is advantageous.
