Your new role:
As a Registered Nurse in the Kidney Dialysis Unit, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based haemodialysis care to patients with chronic kidney disease across Redland Hospital and the Redlands Satellite Health Centre. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will apply advanced clinical skills, critical thinking and compassionate care to achieve exceptional patient outcomes while contributing to quality improvement, professional development, and a culture of excellence in renal nursing.
About you:
You are a compassionate and clinically skilled Registered Nurse with haemodialysis experience who is committed to delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care and achieving the best possible outcomes for patients living with chronic kidney disease.
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with demonstrated haemodialysis nursing experience.
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking and decision-making skills in a complex healthcare environment.
Proven ability to operate haemodialysis equipment and interpret, monitor and escalate patient results appropriately.
Commitment to evidence-based practice, patient safety, quality improvement and continuous professional development.
Collaborative team player who demonstrates empathy, integrity and excellent communication skills when working with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.

Redlands Satellite Hospital - Talwalpin Milbul:
The satellite hospital is also known as Talwalpin Milbul, a name chosen by the Redlands Coast community and local Traditional Owners and Elders. It means 'Redland Bay alive/active' in Jandai language.
The satellite hospital treats minor illnesses and injuries that aren't life-threatening, and we also have diagnostic services for patients having treatment, including ultrasound, X-ray and pathology.
