About the Executive Assistant Position
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Director and Operations Manager within a fast paced construction environment. This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day to day running of operations, supporting senior leadership across administration, coordination, reporting and stakeholder management.
The position requires exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, helping bring structure, efficiency and support across a dynamic and growing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide high level administrative support to the Director and Operations Manager
- Manage complex and ever changing diaries, meetings and schedules
- Coordinate meetings end to end, including agendas, logistics and tracking key actions
- Prepare reports, presentations and business documentation
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate travel, events and broader team logistics
- Support operational workflows, ensuring priorities, deadlines and deliverables are met
- Manage expenses, supplier coordination and general administration
- Maintain accurate records, systems and documentation while identifying process improvements where possible
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders within a corporate or project based environment
- Experience within construction, infrastructure, property or related industries is highly regarded
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills across Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
- High attention to detail, professionalism and discretion
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions focused approach
