- Lead landlord engagement, managing approvals, negotiations and issue resolution to enable timely works
- Drive recovery of landlord-responsible costs, including claims, abatements and dispute resolution to completion
- Partner with the IFM provider to ensure works are correctly scoped, preventing cost leakage and post-delivery disputes
- Identify and manage lease-related risks, escalating high-impact issues to Facilities, Property or Legal where required
- Provide clear reporting and insights on recoveries, landlord obligations and risk exposure to support decision-making
- Establish consistent governance and ways of working across landlord engagement and recovery processes

- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate disputes and deliver practical outcomes
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- A proactive, organised approach with high attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement
