You’re open to a change of direction and a new challenge.
Here's your chance to design and deliver efficient, customer-focused services that also enhance accessibility, sustainability and overall quality of living for more people than you've imagined.
In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering wayfinding programs and projects across the transport network, providing technical and project support throughout design, procurement, installation, and handover to ensure integrated, accessible and customer‑focused wayfinding outcomes.
This role will see you support the coordination and delivery of wayfinding initiatives, develop documentation and technical specifications, contribute to procurement, assist with planning and implementation, monitor risks and issues, represent the wayfinding team in meetings and site visits, and gain development opportunities through exposure to design, manufacturing, installation methodologies, and stakeholder engagement.
You will build new ways of improving consistency, coordination and delivery quality across wayfinding projects in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment requiring alignment between designers, suppliers, project managers, operational teams and customer‑focused objectives.
Please note: There is 1 x Permanent Full Time and 1 x Temporary Fixed Term Opportunity up until 31/12/2027.

About you
Your strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management and technical support skills formed across infrastructure delivery, customer information, and wayfinding or multi‑stakeholder project environments will see you excel in managing multiple concurrent priorities, overcoming challenges in aligning operational and customer experience needs, and bringing structured project delivery and risk management practices to lead to consistent, high‑quality wayfinding outcomes that support user experience and operational performance.
You’re recognized as an adept communicator and collaborative problem‑solver, skilled at providing technical input, preparing project documentation, and supporting procurement and delivery processes, experienced in wayfinding implementation, project delivery, procurement documentation, and monitoring risks, issues and progress across complex programs.
