This is more than a front desk role, it’s a pivotal position where professionalism, energy, and attention to detail come together. You will be the first impression of ONCALL, setting the tone for every client, visitor, and stakeholder interaction, while also providing essential administrative and coordination support across the business.

Your impact in this role
Every day, you will play a key role in keeping our office running seamlessly and professionally. Your responsibilities will include:

Creating a polished, welcoming first impression for all visitors, clients, and stakeholders

Managing a high-volume switchboard with professionalism, warmth, and precision

Triaging and directing calls for Executive and Senior Leadership with confidence and discretion

Providing clear, accurate, and friendly communication across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions

Coordinating meetings, calendars, and providing high-level administrative and project support
-
Managing office supplies, uniforms, amenities, and inventory to ensure smooth operations

Maintaining shared inboxes, databases, and internal systems with accuracy and consistency

Supporting travel coordination, office equipment management, and day-to-day operations

Providing confidential administrative support to the People & Culture team

Experience in reception, administration, or office coordination roles

Strong customer service skills with a professional, approachable manner

Exceptional organisation and time management skills

Clear, confident written and verbal communication

High attention to detail and strong sense of discretion and confidentiality

Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Employment Hero or Visual Care highly regarded)

A proactive, flexible, and solutions-focused mindset

Current Driver’s Licence

Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
