About the Role
As a Casual Cleaner, you'll provide high-quality cleaning services across a range of residential and commercial properties while maintaining the professional standards that Complete Clean Collective is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- General residential and commercial cleaning
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, offices, and common areas
- Cleaning glass, mirrors, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces
- Following cleaning schedules, checklists, and company procedures
- Maintaining a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
- Comply with Work Health and Safety (WHS) policies and procedures
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service at every job
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Has good time management skills and works efficiently
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work
- Has knowledge of cleaning products and safe handling procedures
- Holds a current driver's licence and has reliable transport
- Has the right to work in Australia
