Role overview
As a Valuer, you will deliver accurate and defensible land valuations across a diverse property portfolio. You will analyse market data, apply relevant legislation and prepare valuation reports to support fair and consistent outcomes.
You will manage your own workload, contribute to valuation programs, and provide professional advice on valuation matters, including resolving objections and queries
A typical day
You will review market evidence, assess property information and prepare valuation reports. Your day may also include responding to stakeholder enquiries, working through objections, planning your workload and collaborating with your team to meet key deadlines. Field inspections and client engagement may be required.
