ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Warehouse Infeed Supervisor to join the Kilcoy Cuisine Solutions team at our Bells Creek facility.
This role is responsible for leading and strengthening infeed operations by ensuring raw materials are received, controlled, and supplied to production in a safe, structured, and efficient manner. This role works in close partnership with the Warehouse Manager to build systems, develop people, and create a consistent, well run infeed function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and coordinate all infeed and receivals operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and continuous supply of product to production.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and support to the infeed team, driving accountability, performance, and operational excellence.
- Partner with the Warehouse Manager to implement process improvements, maintain operational consistency, and support daily decision-making.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, including Work Instructions, training matrices, and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).
- Coordinate training and competency development by onboarding new employees, maintaining compliance, and coaching team members on best practices.
- Collaborate with Production, QA, Transport, and other stakeholders to manage workflow, resolve issues proactively, and ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in warehouse, receivals, infeed, or production operations within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and support frontline teams, maintaining high standards or performance and accountability.
- Strong operational understanding of truck receivals, staging, and production supply flow.
- Practical problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively under pressure.
- Confident communicator who can build strong working relationships across production, QA, transport, and warehouse teams.
- Organised and process focused, with the ability to create structure through clear procedures, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
