National Poultry business is seeking a Junior ICT Business Analyst for the operation in Marrickville NSW.
Perform a range of activities and working with the Company’s Production Managers and Financial Controller to facilitate the efficient information flow between the processing facilities within the Group.
· Working with Staff members to assess and record business requirements and collaborating with Management to formulate business requirements
· Reviewing operational business processes and reporting potential improvements to management, as to achieve efficiencies within the business.
· Preparing proposals with recommendations on optimal business practices, behavior and general systems functionality
· Working with Operational staff and Management and recommending best business practices and any system changes in order to achieve required results
· Develop Project plans to assist with costings, resources, systems testing, and resources, whilst collaborating with management to align
· Work closely with IT Dept to develop functional specifications for system development, and propose solutions and implement test plans to ensure acceptable quality and integrity of systems.
· Creating and setting up access for users and creating training documentation
· Assisting with formal training classes
· Using Data and process modelling techniques to create clear system specifications in order for the design and development of system software
· Acting as an initial central reference point for staff and information source for project. Must be able to provide guidance and assistance in the system project decision making process.
Skill Level
- A minimum of 1 (one) years of local Experience in similar role is essential
- Bachelor Degree in ICT or a related field
- Relative experience in business Development Tools
Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
