We are currently offering two full-time Pastry Cook positions in our Southern Highlands and Blue Mountains locations.
Positions Available
1. Bowral – Immediate Start (Permanent Full-Time)
Join our established Southern Highlands store in a modern, fully equipped kitchen.
2. Glenbrook – September 2026 Start (Full-Time Maternity Leave Cover)
A full-time fixed-term opportunity covering maternity leave in our Glenbrook store.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce donuts from scratch, including doughs, fillings, glazes and finishes
- Maintain consistency and high presentation standards
- Manage daily production schedules
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Work collaboratively within a small team environment
- Contribute ideas for seasonal and specialty products
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Pastry Cook, Pastry Chef or Baker in a commercial kitchen
- Certificate III or IV in Patisserie (preferred but not essential)
- Strong understanding of dough fermentation and pastry techniques
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency
- Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
