What You’ll Be Doing
We’re looking for an independent, high-energy Barista who loves the buzz of a solid morning rush with confident and consistency. If you take pride in your extractions, care about milk texture, and bring a positive, reliable vibe to early starts, you’ll fit right in.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of consistent barista experience in a high-volume environment (essential).
- Skills: Strong communication and the ability to workflow and prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods.
- Customer Service: A warm, engaging personality with excellent counter and table service skills.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and a true team player.
