Administration & Scrap Tyre Collection Coordinator
Green Global Tyre Recycling is a growing tyre recycling plant looking for a full-time Administration & Scrap Tyre Collection Coordinator to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, organised, reliable and enjoys speaking with customers and businesses.
About the Role
You will be responsible for making calls to businesses and customers to arrange scrap tyre collections, coordinating pickup schedules, and supporting the day-to-day administration of our tyre recycling operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and inbound phone calls to businesses and customers regarding scrap tyre collections
- Contact tyre shops, mechanics, dealerships, transport businesses and other potential sources of scrap tyres
- Schedule and coordinate tyre collection pickups
- Communicate pickup details with drivers and the operations team
- Maintain accurate records of customers, collections and pickup schedules
- Follow up with existing customers to arrange regular collections
- Respond to enquiries professionally and promptly
- Assist with general office administration and data entry
- Help build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Keep collection schedules organised and up to date
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and phone skills
- Is confident making outbound calls
- Is organised and able to manage multiple pickups and tasks
- Has good computer skills and is comfortable using email and basic office software
- Is reliable, punctual and has a strong work ethic
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Has a friendly, professional and positive attitude
- Has good attention to detail
- Previous administration, customer service, scheduling or phone-based experience is preferred but training can be provided for the right person
