Lead a Queensland Project Team
Squared Quality Solutions (SQS) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established Queensland property and construction group delivering prominent development projects across Queensland.
Projects may include commercial, mixed-use, residential and large-scale development projects across multiple sectors.
This role is suited to a commercially aware and delivery-focused construction professional seeking long-term project exposure within a professional and collaborative environment.
Working alongside senior construction personnel, consultants, subcontractors and delivery teams, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion.
About the Role
Reporting to senior construction leadership, the Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day delivery and coordination of projects across all stages of the construction lifecycle.
You will be responsible for programme management, procurement coordination, stakeholder management, subcontractor coordination and operational project delivery while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and within budget.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery
- Manage projects through all stages of construction delivery
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and project teams
- Monitor construction programmes, procurement activities and project sequencing
- Drive delivery outcomes relating to programme, quality and safety performance
- Lead project coordination meetings and site delivery activities
Programme & Procurement
- Develop and manage construction programmes and look-ahead schedules
- Coordinate procurement activities and subcontractor engagement
- Identify delivery risks, buildability issues and programme constraints
- Assist with programme recovery and delivery optimisation strategies
Commercial & Reporting
- Support variation management, forecasting and EOT coordination
- Assist with project reporting, procurement tracking and operational reporting
- Maintain oversight of RFIs, defects tracking and project controls systems
- Participate in stakeholder and project review meetings
Stakeholder Coordination
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Coordinate authority inspections, consultant deliverables and approvals
- Ensure clear communication and professional stakeholder management throughout delivery
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Project Management within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, procurement and subcontractor coordination
- Ability to manage programme delivery and operational project outcomes
- Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness and understanding of contractual project environments
- Experience with Procore, Aconex, Microsoft Project and Excel highly regarded
Qualifications
- Degree qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or similar preferred
- Current White Card
- Current Driver Licence
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency required

Pay: $120,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
