We are currently seeking a driven and tech-savvy IT Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the IT Manager, this is a dual-focus role combining day-to-day IT support with a forward-looking responsibility for AI research, implementation and training across the firm.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2 to 4 years’ experience who is comfortable supporting staff with practical IT needs while also taking ownership of initiatives that improve the way people work through technology.
Responsibilities:

Providing first-line IT support and responding to help desk queries from staff across the firm;

Liaising with the firm’s managed service provider (MSP) to support technology operations and resolve queries;

Researching emerging AI tools and identifying opportunities for practical application within a legal services environment;

Driving the rollout and adoption of AI tools across the firm, including testing, implementation and continuous improvement;

Providing hands-on guidance and training to staff on AI tools and system enhancements; and

Identifying and progressing opportunities to improve workflows and efficiencies through technology.
