The Information Technology (IT) function is seen as an important enabler to the achievement of HammondCare’s mission. This is driven by the requirement of the organisation to meet the changing needs of people with complex health or aged care needs and our employees within a growing geographically diverse organisation and across a continuum of care.
The role of S alesforce S olution Architect works within the Mission and Mission in Action of HammondCare to ensure that HammondCare’s internal Platforms team can support ongoing development of technical solutions to support business process and can get best value from its investment in all Platform Applications. This role has a particular focus on Salesforce technical solution design and architecture.
