About the Role
Iconic Group Australia is seeking a driven and highly connected Business Development Manager to lead growth opportunities and secure new commercial contracts across Australia.
This is a high-impact role focused on identifying opportunities, building strong industry relationships, and converting leads into long-term national contracts. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our business footprint and supporting nationwide growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and secure new business opportunities across Australia
* Build relationships with key decision-makers and industry leaders
* Develop and manage national account opportunities
* Identify large-scale and long-term contract opportunities
* Attend meetings, networking events, and business presentations

About You
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven professional with:
* Proven history of securing business and generating growth
* Strong network and established industry connections
* Demonstrated ability to build relationships and close deals
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated and target driven attitude
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Existing connections with commercial, government, corporate, facilities, property, construction or business sectors highly regarded
