The Role
We are looking for an Area Manager to build the William Grant & Sons portfolio through distribution, activation and increased visibility of our products in trade. We are looking for business and brand builders who are focused on our key customers across a mix of the on-premise and off-premise channels, striving to add value and form strong and enduring business relationships across the network. As a key member of the wider team, you will deliver sales and profit targets for the territory within budget while building and enhancing the WG&S portfolio through distribution, activation and visibility. Regularly manage monthly reporting, expenses and general admin requirements using our CRM system.

About You
- Previous experience working in a similar role with a strong background in sales
- Previous experience working in premium spirits (ideal, but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, confident and fun approach
- Self-motivated and focused on achieving goals
- Proven brand development and activation experience
- Mid-level brand development and activation experience is highly desirable
- Ability to build and nurture key relationships
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and manage stakeholder expectations
- Ability to work collaboratively across the team and independently
- Previous experience using a CRM system
- Valid Driver's license and current RSA is essential
- Australian work rights are required for this position

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
