As the Talent Attraction Partner for ITW Construction Asia Pacific, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging and hiring Great ITW Talent across Australia and New Zealand.
This is more than a recruitment role. You will partner closely with leaders and HR colleagues to understand current and future talent needs, influence hiring decisions, strengthen talent pipelines and deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
Success means securing high-quality talent, reducing agency reliance and helping future-proof our workforce to support long-term business growth.
This role can be based in either Chirnside Park or Dandenong, with the requirement to spend time at all three of our Victorian sites. A hybrid working arrangement is available, with an ideal onsite presence of three days per week.
Lead end-to-end recruitment across Australia and New Zealand for various Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Support Functions roles from entry level to leadership
Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to deliver strategic hiring solutions aligned to current and future business needs
Develop and engage diverse talent pipelines using a variety of sourcing strategies, networks and recruitment technology
Leverage tools such as LinkedIn, Workday Recruiter and Phenom to enhance candidate engagement and hiring outcomes
Use talent and recruitment data to identify trends, improve outcomes and support workforce planning decisions
Coach leaders on inclusive hiring practices, candidate assessment and interview effectiveness
Support employer branding, early careers programs, recruitment events and continuous improvement initiatives
Identify new tools and opportunities for process and experience improvement projects across the Talent lifecycle
Build strong partnerships to strengthen ITW’s employment brand and talent attraction capability
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across Australia and New Zealand
Strong sourcing, talent mapping and talent pipeline development capability
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building skills
Ability to use data and insights to improve hiring outcomes and inform decisions
Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on simplification and change
Experience within manufacturing, engineering, industrial or construction environments is beneficial
Exposure to early careers recruitment, Workday Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Hiring Assistant and/or Phenom is beneficial
