Clerk Grade 5/6, Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $102,936 - $113,579 + super
As the Executive Support Officer, you will be supporting the senior leadership of Adaptation & Resilience, through your strong administrative and project management skills. You will undertake the timely delivery of a range of business services including financial and human resource processes.
Provide secretarial and administrative support for stakeholder meetings and committees including managing agenda papers, providing reports and liaising with external organisations to obtain or distribute data, and drafting correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, workshops and conferences including catering, room and equipment setup, distributing material, liaising with speakers and attendees, and clean up.
You hold strong judgement and the ability to operate in high-pressure, fast‑moving executive environments. The right candidate must be proactive, organised, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities will be key to success. You must have high levels of analytic and problem-solving skills, and demonstrated application of discretion, professionalism and organisational awareness.
Experience in providing administrative support to senior executives and developing effective stakeholder relationships, as well as reviewing briefing notes, submissions, and complex communications.
