Monadelphous is seeking an organised and proactive Bid/Tender Coordinator to support the preparation, coordination and submission of high-quality tenders, proposals and business development documentation. Working closely with operational, commercial and project teams, you will play a key role in securing new business opportunities by ensuring submissions are accurate, compliant, professionally presented and tailored to client requirements.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Coordinate and compile tender, bid and proposal documentation for submission to clients.

Gather, organise and maintain information required for tender responses, capability statements and business development activities.

Develop, write and edit high-quality submission content tailored to client requirements.

Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, charts and supporting documentation to a professional standard.

Maintain tender databases, document control systems and submission libraries.

Liaise with project, commercial, safety, quality, HR and finance teams to obtain information required for submissions.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance tendering processes and submission quality.
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in a tender, bid, proposal, business development or administrative support role.

Minimum 2 years' experience in business administration, document control or tender coordination.

Strong written communication, editing and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.

Experience maintaining records, databases and document management systems.

A proactive, team-oriented approach with strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving abilities.
