Barista/Customer Service Cashier (Dual Role)

What We're Looking For
We’re on the lookout for a reliable and motivated barista/console operator to join our team at The Station Grocer Ballina. This is a casual role, offering 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
Shift times: 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM, and 10:00 AM - 3:00PM
In this dual role — you’ll be:
- Making and serving high-quality espresso coffee and beverages
- Taking customer orders and payments
- Managing fuel transactions
- Maintaining a clean, well-presented store
- Assisting with food service and general store tasks
It’s a well-rounded role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives on delivering great customer experiences across the board.
Pay Rates (Ages 20+)
- Weekdays: $36.85/hr
- Weekends: $48.07/hr
