As we continue to grow across Australia, we're looking for an IT Support Coordinator to join our Support Office team. This is a hands-on role where you'll provide day-to-day technical support, help maintain our IT systems and work closely with colleagues and external providers to keep things running smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone in the early stages of their IT career who is looking to build their skills, take on new challenges and grow with a supportive team and expanding organisation.
The role
- Deliver day-to-day IT support to our Support Office team and ensure a great user experience.
- Provide technical support across a range of hardware, software and business systems.
- Support and maintain Microsoft 365 and other workplace technologies.
- Assist with user onboarding, offboarding and access management.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and support processes.
- Ensure IT practices align with company policies and security requirements.
About you
- Experience working in an IT Service Desk, Helpdesk or End User Support role.
- Around 2–3 years' experience in a similar hands-on IT support position.
- Confident supporting Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies.
- A practical, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Able to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with external IT vendors is advantageous.
- A qualification in Information Technology is welcomed but not essential – We’ll value practical experience, curiosity and a willingness to learn for this role.
- Support Office-based role.
