Filia is seeking a passionate and reliable Chef to join our fast-paced kitchen team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals to our standards, maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene practices, completing daily prep, supporting efficient service, and working collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams. We're looking for someone with previous kitchen experience, a strong work ethic, excellent time management, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while contributing to a positive team culture and consistently delivering exceptional food.
Pay: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
