Bad sleep wrecks everything — mood, energy, health, relationships. You could be the person who fixes that. No sleep apnoea experience? No problem. Bring the passion, and we'll bring the training.
Description:
YOUR MISSION
As our Pharmacy Assistant / Sleep Apnoea Consultant within our Norwood Pharmacy, you'll help people sleep better, breathe easier and get their energy back. Already working in sleep apnoea? Come and do it with a team that backs you. Currently a Pharmacy Assistant with your eye on something bigger? We'll fully train you up, no experience required. Either way, you'll be the one guiding patients through diagnosis, treatment and everything in between — turning restless nights into real results.
This isn't just a job behind the counter. As a National Pharmacies brand ambassador, you'll become a familiar, trusted face in the Norwood community — the person locals think of when they finally decide to do something about their sleep.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Carry out comprehensive consultations for sleep apnoea patients
- Provide CPAP therapy education, mask fitting and ongoing patient support
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Interpret clinical reports to guide patient care
- Manage stock control for sleep apnoea products
- Promote our sleep apnoea services within the local community

- Communication: you know how to explain things clearly and put people at ease
- Resilience: you stay sharp and organised even when it's chaos at the counter
- Attitude: positive, collaborative, all-in as part of the team
- Passion: health and customer service genuinely light you up
- Community spirit: you care about the people you serve, not just the sale
- Qualifications: Certificate II or III in Community Pharmacy is a bonus, not a must
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
- On-the-job training, with full support to complete your Sleep Apnoea Consultant qualification through a Registered Training Organisation
- A supportive team and workplace culture
- Attractive staff discounts across our health, beauty and optical products
- Genuine career development opportunities
- The chance to be involved in the National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant
