Join us in building better connections for Victoria by:
Manage the Thrive and Health, Safety and Wellbeing team’s inboxes and calendars, ensuring timely responses, follow-up and close out, and efficient scheduling of meetings and forums.
Provide administrative management and support for internal health and safety services and programs, including but not limited to PPE inventory, Emergency Response Teams, Safety Noticeboards, Health & Safety Training, and coordination and bookings of external service providers.
Prepare, administer and maintain written documentation including reports, agendas and minutes, presentations, office compliance processes, signage, and online platforms.
Based at 180 Lonsdale Street, this role supports the health and safety team by providing dependable administrative management and support. Reporting to the Manager, Health & Safety, this role works collaboratively across the team and with employees at all levels. The role is essential for ensuring business compliance, improving the employee health and safety experience through a variety of programs and offerings, and facilitating effective delivery of organisation-wide programs at VIDA Roads.
This opportunity is 2 years fixed term position
