Bateau Bay Hotel is on the lookout for Front of House and Bar staff to join our team.
We're a busy Central Coast pub with a strong local following, and we're after people who enjoy the pace, take pride in service, and want to be part of a team that looks after each other.
Must be available weekends.
The roles
- Bar — pouring beers, mixing basics, keeping the bar clean, fast and well stocked
- Front of house — greeting and seating guests, taking food and drink orders, running meals, clearing and resetting, and looking after the floor through service
What we're looking for
- Weekend availability is essential — Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts are the core of the roster
- Current NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) competency card
- A friendly, switched-on approach with genuine customer service skills
- Ability to stay calm and organised through a busy service
- Previous pub, bar, club or restaurant experience is well regarded, but we'll train the right person
- Reliable, presentable, and a genuine team player
