As an Operational Services Officer - Catering, you'll play an important role in supporting patient care through the delivery of safe, high-quality food services. From creating positive experiences for patients and staff to helping ensure meal services run smoothly, you'll contribute to outcomes that support health, wellbeing and comfort across our facilities.

Delivering reliable meal services that support patient and resident wellbeing.
Providing friendly, respectful customer service to patients, visitors and colleagues.
Maintaining safe food handling practices and high hygiene standards.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Experience working in a catering, hospitality, food service or similar environment.
Ability to work efficiently and follow schedules in a fast-paced setting.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Knowledge of safe food handling practices and maintaining clean work environments.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in healthcare, aged care or large-scale catering services and/or experience operating food service equipment.
