Experienced Barista – Ming Dining Melbourne CBD
Ming Dining is seeking an experienced and professional Barista to join our team in Melbourne CBD.
We are looking for someone who is confident working in a fast-paced environment and capable of producing consistently high-quality coffee during busy service periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based coffee Operate commercial coffee machines and grinders independently Maintain coffee quality and consistency during peak periods Provide friendly and professional customer service Keep coffee station clean, organised and fully stocked Work closely with front-of-house team
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years Barista experience Strong knowledge of coffee extraction, milk texturing and latte art Ability to work efficiently under pressure Excellent spoken English is essential Confident communicating with local Australian customers Reliable, punctual and well-presented Full working rights in Australia
Preferred
- Experience in busy cafés, restaurants or hospitality venues Experience producing high volumes of coffee during service periods
