Pulkapulkka Kari Aged Care
Cook - 04 x Permanent Full-Time Vacancy, 76 hours per Fortnight
$31.81 per hour base rate + penalties + super) per ARRCS Enterprise Agreement 2023
This role would ideally suit a skilled cook who enjoys working in a multi-functional kitchen and likes to place a ‘personal’ touch on their meal design and preparation. As an aged care facility, we have multiple dietary requirements and permanent residents, therefore, you will be a cook who enjoys preparing a range of healthy options to provide variety for the residents in our care.
To work in our industry, you must have/be willing to obtain the following;
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or a similar discipline (preferred not essential)

Demonstrated prior experience working in a commercial kitchen and development of menus’ and working with multiple dietary requirements

Extensive knowledge of health and safety legislation in response to food preparation, food handling and storage.

Current National Police Check (dated within 3 Months)

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Annual Influenza vaccination

First Aid Certificate
-
Availability to work across a 24/7 Roster to meet operational needs

NT Drivers' License
