Ace Alloy Wheel Repairs is expanding and looking for an experienced Wheel Technician to join our specialist repair team.
We are an established alloy wheel repair and refinishing workshop with over 30 years of industry experience, working with dealerships, insurance companies and trade customers across Melbourne.
About the Role
You will be involved in all aspects of alloy wheel repair and refinishing using industry-leading equipment and processes.
Duties Include
- Alloy wheel repairs and refinishing
- Sanding, prepping and masking wheels
- Wheel straightening and minor welding repairs
- Painting, colour matching and clear coating
- CNC/machined wheel finishing
- Tyre removal and refitting
- Quality control and final inspection
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in alloy wheel repairs, automotive refinishing, spray painting or panel industry preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop
- Reliable and motivated team player
- Pride in producing high-quality work
- Forklift licence or tyre fitting experience advantageous
