As a Team Leader, you'll lead the team through busy shifts, set the standard on the floor and help create the fun, welcoming environment that Yo-Chi is known for. If you love leading from the front, thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy bringing out the best in people, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the team through busy shifts with confidence, positivity and great energy.
- Creating memorable guest experiences by delivering genuine, friendly service.
- Coaching and supporting team members while leading by example.
- Opening and closing the venue, including cash handling and daily administrative tasks.
- Keeping the venue clean, safe and running smoothly.
- Ensuring every Yo-Chi served looks just as good as it tastes.
- Managing stock, receiving deliveries and helping keep everything organised behind the scenes.
- Maintaining our food safety, hygiene and operational standards every day.
What we're looking for:
- Previous leadership experience in hospitality, retail or customer service.
- Someone who naturally motivates and brings positive energy to a team.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Confidence making decisions and solving problems during a shift.
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- A genuine passion for people, teamwork and creating great experiences.
