About the Role
Help shape the future of healthcare at CALHN by leading the long-term success of our Safe and Connected operating model. You'll work with leaders across the network to strengthen capability, embed best practice and create lasting improvement that delivers better outcomes for our people and community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Safe and Connected across CALHN
- Build leader capability and system maturity
- Guide consistent practice across services
- Partner with leaders to drive lasting change
- Shape tools, resources and support
- Track outcomes, manage risk and share insights
- Strengthen performance through data and evidence
- Champion continuous improvement across the network
About You
You’re a collaborative leader who combines strategic thinking with strong problem solving skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across a complex organisation. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing without authority and bringing people together around a common purpose. You enjoy developing leaders, building capability and creating the conditions for improvement to become part of everyday work.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring the ability to:

- Qualification in health or project field desirable
