About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary team on a casual basis.
In this role, you will provide assessment, intervention, advocacy, and ongoing support to NDIS participants while working collaboratively with families, carers, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments.
- Develop participant-centred support plans.
- Provide counselling, advocacy, and case management.
- Assist participants in accessing community supports and services.
- Collaborate with participants, families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards and organisational policies.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and continuous quality improvement activities.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor of Social Work.
- Current membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Australian Driver Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload.
Desirable
- Experience working with NDIS participants.
- Community, disability, mental health, or rehabilitation experience.
- Knowledge of the NDIS framework and person-centred practice.
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary team.
