About the role – 12- month Fixed Term Contract, full-time
Join a high-performing Change Delivery team and play a key role in delivering strategic transformation across People First Bank. As a Change Analyst, you'll partner with leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to drive successful adoption of change and deliver meaningful outcomes for our people and members. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects spanning risk, compliance, financial crime and scam prevention.
Key responsibilities include:
Champion the people side of change by engaging with stakeholders, SMEs, and leaders to translate complex changes into clear, relatable, and actionable outcomes for impacted teams.
Drive meaningful organisational change by supporting strategic transformation initiatives that enhance member experience, improve operational efficiency, and deliver key business outcomes aligned to People First Bank's strategy.
Partner with project stakeholders to assess change impacts, understand stakeholder needs, and develop targeted interventions that support successful adoption of change.
Lead stakeholder engagement and communications activities, helping to build commitment, readiness, and confidence throughout the change journey.
About you:
You are an experienced, certified change professional (Prosci or similar) who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, solving problems, and driving transformational outcomes. You thrive in collaborative environments, are naturally curious about how change impacts people, and are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to projects that deliver meaningful outcomes for People First Bank, our employees and customers.
This is a role that combines stakeholder engagement, business analysis, communications, and change management, offering broad career development opportunities.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
Passionate about the people side of change, with a genuine interest in helping individuals and teams successfully navigate and adopt new ways of working.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess change impacts, identify stakeholder needs, and translate insights into practical change interventions
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capability, enabling you to influence, collaborate, and build trust across all levels of the organisation.
A confident communicator who can simplify complex information and develop clear, engaging, and audience-focused communications and change artefacts.
Collaborative and team-focused, working effectively with Change Managers, project teams, leaders, SMEs, and communications specialists to achieve successful change outcomes.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, monitor risks and issues, and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid position that can be based in Adelaide or Brisbane or Toowoomba.
