Imaging Associates is seeking an experienced MRI technologist to become a Coordinator and lead our MRI services across multiple clinics and play a key role in shaping the future of our growing network.

This is a Permanent Full-Time role
As MRI Coordinator, you’ll sit at the intersection of clinical leadership, operations, and growth. You’ll work closely with our Clinical Directors and Operational Leadership team to deliver consistent, high‑quality MRI services while driving greenfield growth and increasing MRI volumes across existing clinics.
You’ll be trusted to lead, influence, and improve how MRI is delivered across Imaging Associates. you will be responsible for overseeing MRI operations across all IA clinics, ensuring our patients receive exceptional care and our teams feel supported, engaged, and empowered.
Your role will include:
- Leading, motivating and developing MRI MITs across multiple locations Standardising and improving MRI protocols, quality assurance and safety practices
- Ensuring smooth workflows, efficient resource allocation, and minimal wait times for patients
- Conducting image critique and quality audits to maintain diagnostic excellence
- Supporting business growth initiatives and collaborating with sales and marketing
- Managing MRI-related issues, complaints, and operational challenges Collaborate with Chief MITs and MRI Supervisors to ensure proper maintenance and calibration of MRI equipment, co-ordinating with vendors and service providers as needed.
- Staying ahead of MRI technology and recommending service or equipment improvements Undertake recruitment and induction of new staff in collaboration with People and Culture
- You’ll also remain hands-on, performing advanced MRI scans and training of Radiographers when required and supporting teams where needed.
