We are seeking a Service Sales / Key Accounts Specialist with a technical background to help grow our Field Service Calibration business in Victoria.
This is a "big role" for someone with "big drive." We need an energetic driven person from an instrumentation, engineering or service background – someone ready to closely maintain and grow key accounts, chase opportunities, win back business, and back it up with technical know-how.
Duties and Responsibilities

Hybrid position between key account management / business development and service / calibration support.
- Be the face of Trescal Field in Victoria, identifying needs within an array of different industries and production environments
- Provide expert service support during shutdowns or peak periods
- Identify new sales opportunities and win back lost accounts within an array of industries including Pharmaceutical, Food & Beveridge, Water/Wastewater, Mining and Industrial Manufacturing.
- Engage with QA managers and Service Maintenance Team Leaders to identify needs and promote total cost-effective scheduled calibration solutions and services.
- Manage and prioritize your CRM pipeline for success, collaborating with the State Manager and Service Manager to exceed regional targets.
- Assist with pricing and quoting as directed by the Team Leader
- Perform high-level calibrations, preventative maintenance, and repairs in-house and in the field when the business needs your support.
- Be involved and responsible for resolving first line customer queries and complaints as required.
- Participate and encourage teamwork within the service area and company as a whole.
- Ensure any personal accident occurring on site or in Trescal Labs is reported to your Team Leader or Branch Manager and OHS Officer immediately.
- Ensure risk assessments, JSA, SWMS are completed as appropriate
- Participation in field management meetings and toolbox meetings
- Minimum 70% utilization on the account management / business development aspects of the role, this will be flexible with the needs of the business and directed by the Team Leader or Branch Manager
- Any other reasonable tasks as instructed by the Team Leader or Branch Manager

Demonstrated experience within instrumentation, engineering, manufacturing or service industries. You understand technical specifications, production cycles, and the critical nature of precision.
