- Assist qualified painters with preparation and painting tasks.
- Sand, fill, gap and clean surfaces before painting.
- Set up and pack down tools, equipment and work areas.
- Mix and prepare paints and materials as directed.
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite and follow WHS requirements.
- Learn painting techniques and complete tasks under supervision.
- Attend TAFE and work towards completing an apprenticeship.
Pay: $30,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
