WMA Scaffolding is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Qualified Scaffolder to join our team and help build our company. As a Scaffolder you will ensure that all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with industry standards and regulations. This position will be full time for the right candidate. Annual salary from $70,000 - $90,000 dependent on experience.

Responsibilities
- Help coordinate daily scaffolding operations- including erection, rotations, and dismantling
- Conduct pre- and post-scaffolding inspections to identify potential hazards, defects or non-compliance within safety regulations and take the appropriate actions to correct these
- Liaise with the Scaffolding Supervisor to ensure works meet the project requirements
- Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the scaffolding operations
- Assist the team when required
- Promote a positive and safe culture with all staff, contractors and clients
Qualifications and Requirements
- Certificate III in Scaffolding or one year of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of Scaffolding safety regulations
- Minimum 2 years' Experience as a Scaffolder within the construction industry, preferred but not essential
- Extensive knowledge of scaffolding systems, components and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights
- Valid driver’s licence
- Basic, Medium or Advanced Scaffold ticket
- White Card
- Working at heights accredited
- Willingness to work in Geelong and nearby regional Victoria where the position is mainly based
