We are seeking compassionate Youth & Disability Support Workers to support individuals with complex needs, including intellectual disability, trauma, autism and mental health challenges.
You will:
- Support participants with daily routines, personal care and emotional wellbeing.
- Build meaningful relationships through therapeutic conversations and connection.
- Encourage independence, community participation and social engagement.
- Maintain a safe and supportive home environment.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in complex disability or youth support.
- Ability to remain calm, grounded and professional in complex situations.
- Drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue Card, First Aid and CPR.
Highly regarded:
- Experience supporting participants with mental health.
