Passionate Venue Manager Required.
We are looking for an experienced manager to join our vibrant bar and diner located in the heart of Fitzroy. Teamwork and professionalism are our top priorities. We have a fantastic team and environment that we aim to enhance as we look ahead to 2027.

- Expected salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year

You'll play a hands-on role in the daily operation of the venue—supporting our bar team, keeping standards high, and ensuring every guest has a standout experience. You’ll work closely with our leadership team/owner to maintain a smooth and stylish service, while also helping to nurture the fun, professional culture we’ve built. Our goal is to strengthen our already amazing venue, which has been built through hard work.What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of relevant supervisory or bar management experience
- A natural leader with a strong work ethic and solid people skills
- Ability to think on your feet and stay calm under pressure (even when the Friday night rush hits)
- A genuine love for hospitality, teamwork, and making people feel at home
- Must have full working rights in Australia
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts with confidence, supporting and motivating the team
- Ensure smooth and efficient service across all areas of the venue
- Maintain our high standards for customer experience, cleanliness, and compliance
- Assist in stock management, ordering, and basic reporting
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
- Be a champion of our brand, culture, and community vibe
