Jasper Care Services is a registered NDIS provider delivering person-centred supports across North Brisbane. We are currently seeking caring, reliable, and motivated Male and Female Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.
About the Role
You will support NDIS participants in their homes and the community, assisting them to live independently and achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
- Personal care and daily living support
- Community access and social participation
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Domestic assistance and meal preparation
- Medication assistance and prompting
- Building meaningful relationships with participants
- Maintaining accurate shift notes and documentation
Essential Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
- Blue Card
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance
- Current Police Check
- Right to work in Australia

Job Type: Casual
Salary:
- Weekday Rate: $38.00 – $41.00 per hour
- Weekend Rate: $55.00 – $70.00 per hour (depending on day, qualifications, experience, and applicable awards)
