About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join our Brisbane team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving growth across the Switchboard Builder channel, promoting Schneider Electric’s innovative products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Promote Schneider Electric’s portfolio of products and solutions to key switchboard manufacturers

Drive revenue growth while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Identify, capture, and develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing relationships

Increase market penetration by delivering complete Schneider Electric solutions across all business units

Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen channel engagement and alignment

Partner with switchboard builders to optimise designs and demonstrate the value of Schneider Electric’s digital tools, services, and technologie

About You
You are a passionate and results-oriented sales professional who thrives in an innovative and fast-paced environment. You enjoy building strong relationships and are driven to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers.
Key Skills & Experience

Proven track record of sales success within the switchboard manufacturing or low-voltage (LV) electrical channel

Experience working with electrical consultants, EPCs, or major contractors (highly regarded)

Technical or trade qualification in electrical or related fields (advantageous)

Strong understanding of local market trends, specification channels, and industry drivers

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective business relationships

Strong organisational, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills

High level of computer literacy and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
