In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering integrated, place-based and multimodal transport planning solutions that connect communities and align land use with transport outcomes across New South Wales, this role will see you lead the development of evidence-based transport plans, manage prioritisation of planning activities, and contribute to strategic alignment across network plans and governance. You’ll also shape planning frameworks, engage stakeholders, and develop team capability while driving innovation in transport outcomes.
You will lead integrated planning outcomes and build innovative, customer-focused transport solutions in a complex, multi-stakeholder government environment where competing priorities, evolving policy settings and diverse community needs require agile thinking and strong collaboration.

About you
Your project delivery, engineering and stakeholder management skills foYou have successfully developed integrated, evidence based transport plans and strategies, informed by stakeholder engagement and feedback. Your extensive transport planning expertise, experience and leadership from across infrastructure, government or large-scale planning environments will see you excel in delivering high-quality plans supported by implementation programs which align with government, planning and community priorities and objectives, and overcoming complex stakeholder challenges.
You're recognised as a strategic and collaborative leader, skilled at influencing, negotiating and delivering results, experienced in managing multidisciplinary teams, stakeholder engagement, and driving program outcomes within complex and dynamic environments.
