About the opportunity
As the FLM Operations Manager Sunshine Coast, you'll lead the safe, efficient and reliable operation of the Sunshine Coast Parcel Facility and Delivery Operations, driving performance across safety, service, people, cost and compliance. Reporting to the Network Manager, you'll lead a diverse team while working closely with stakeholders across Delivery, Processing, Transport, Safety, Finance and HR to achieve operational excellence. Success in this role means creating a high-performing culture, delivering exceptional customer outcomes and continuously improving how work is planned and executed across the facility.

- Lead daily operations to achieve performance targets across safety, service, cost and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve productivity, service reliability and operational efficiency.
- Optimise labour, fleet and contractor performance through effective planning, leadership and stakeholder management.
Lead and support teams through change while building a strong safety, wellbeing and customer-focused culture.

You're a proven people leader who thrives in fast-paced operational environments and knows how to bring teams together around a shared goal. You balance strong commercial acumen with genuine care for your people, creating an environment where safety, accountability and performance go hand in hand. Collaborative and resilient, you're comfortable navigating complexity, influencing stakeholders and leading teams through change while maintaining a strong focus on customer outcomes.
You’ll also
- Demonstrated leadership experience within logistics, transport, supply chain, distribution, manufacturing or other operational environments.
- Experience leading teams in industrialised environments, including managing industrial relations matters and working with unions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes.
Experience managing budgets, performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational results.
