Job description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute national aftersales strategy across service, parts, and customer satisfaction.
2. Analyse Technical and warranty processes to identify improvement opportunities associated with customer / dealer’s product concerns.
3. Responsible for AASRA and MVIS framework management, compliance and record keeping.
4. Oversee the Recall and Campaign management local and HQ China requirements.
5. Prepare and present regular reports on dealer network performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations.
6. Build strong relationships with dealers, fostering trust and collaboration to achieve shared goals
7. Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of aftermarket parts to meet customer demand without overstocking.
8. Implement inventory control systems to track parts usage, reorder points, and lead times.
9. Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company standards.
10. Work closely with internal departments, including Sales and Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure Aftersales initiatives align with broader business objectives.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above preferred; major not limited;
2. Over 3 years experience in Service Manager, or Parts & Service Manager
3. In-depth knowledge of service operations and parts logistics
4. Hands-on experience managing parts operations, warranty, technical services, and field support
5. Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
