We are looking for an experienced manager in our new dental practice in Sydney who can foster a productive and lively workplace!
You will work closely with the practice owner to set goals, plan strategically and will be supported in making them a success! You will be part of a Collective ~ a team and a family.
About the role:
- Development, implementation and monitoring of procedures, policies and standards for staff.
- Overseeing and controlling operations such as budget, reports, expenditure on supplies and equipment.
- Working with the principal dentist and clinical team to ensure the clinic runs efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with doctors and other health professions and most importantly our patients and clients.
- Managing the team through guidance and support
- Promoting the practice’s financial performance by reviewing budgets, overseeing local area marketing and monitoring business growth.
- Resolve complaints, customer and staff queries.
- Recruitment of new employees.
- Strong clinical knowledge.
- Treatment coordination and helping patients set up payment plans and explaining payment terms to patients.
- Using social media as a marketing platform.

- Creative and love to express their ideas to enhance the practice
- Minimum 2 years experience as a practice manager.
- Experience in the dental industry is highly recommended
Recommended skills:
- Excellent and demonstrated ability in sales, business development, team management, and marketing
- Sound knowledge of Online claiming processes i.e DVA, Medicare, Work Cover, Private billing
- Using Quickbooks accounting software
- Creative marketing ideas on Instagram.
- Sound knowledge of photo editing.
- Studies in Business Management, and/or any related Business leadership courses.
