As a Restaurant Manager, you will be an effective leader, service specialist, and passionate foodie. Reporting to the directors you will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the restaurant and its staff, plus be the point of contact for all client and guest relations.
To be a successful candidate for this role, you will need to have the ability to lead and work in a large team, have great customer service skills and a minimum 2 year’s experience managing in a busy restaurant. Alongside the previous, you will also need the following:
- Passionate and knowledgeable about wines and food
- Outgoing, talkative, confident, and energetic when speaking with both guests and colleagues.
- Sound financial and business acumen
- The ability to work under pressure
- The ability to keep your team motivated and exceeding all KPI's
- Flexibility when it comes to rosters
- Gregarious outgoing personality with a touch of sophistication
Remuneration is negotiable it will reflect your skills and the level of experience you can bring to the success of the venue. We pay above award for Fulltime and casual employees and expect generous tips and incentives for all.
