Prime Factory Outlet is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team!
We are a busy indoor and outdoor importer and retailer, based in O'Connor. We are unique with our own supply and manufacturing in Indonesia direct to Perth.
We're looking for an energetic individual to become part of our small, friendly, and supportive team. This role offers plenty of variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a real contribution to the success of the business.
The Opportunity
- Assist the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff management, administration and customer service.
- Lead by example and help motivate, coach, and develop the store team.
- Receive, unpack, and prepare incoming stock for sale.
- Manage stock rotation and identify slow moving inventory.
- Own product presentation to keep the store looking fresh, organised, and appealing to customers.
- Ensure the store is clean, safe, and secure at all times.
- Assist customers with enquiries and provide solutions to resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with container unloading and rolling up your sleeves when needed.
- Support inventory management and stock control processes.
About You
We are looking for a person with a background in retail, someone who enjoys providing a great service, and is not afraid to pitch in.
This role will be a great fit if:
- You are a strong communicator, able to engage with staff and customers with ease.
- You thrive on providing excellent customer service.
- You are confident using power tools. Includes jigsaws, drills and sanders.
- You have sound computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Own a current Australian Driver's Licence.
- You're happy to work a rotating roster, including weekends. A predictable roster is reviewed fortnightly.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $73,000.00 per year
